Pioneering Achiever: Became the first woman in her department’s history to attend the prestigious FBI National Academy, setting a new standard for female officers.
Expert Trainer and Strategist: Commanded the department’s Training Division and Accreditation section. Appointed as Firearms Range Master, where she developed and implemented the department’s “Law Enforcement Response to Active Shooter” protocol.
Award-Winning Excellence: Recognized with the FBI Women in Law Enforcement Leadership Award and is a three-time recipient of her department’s highest honor, the Administrative Excellence Award.
Academic Distinction: Holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from St. Thomas University and a master’s degree in public administration from Barry University, graduating summa cum laude from both nationally accredited institutions.
National Influence and Speaker: As a member of the FBI National Academy Speakers Bureau, she has presented her programs to public and private organizations reaching thousands of participants nationwide.
